- Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for unused portions of subscription periods are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BannerFlex for your Framer projects.
5.2 Restrictions

- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The service is free of viruses or other harmful components
- The service will meet your specific requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueboxDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of BannerFlex.

Upon termination, your right to use BannerFlex will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
